Do you pick up my pet?
Yes we are available from 8:30 AM to 7 PM weekdays and 9 to 3 PM weekends for
home pick ups and return. Your pet is wrapped in a soft blanket and placed with care in the covered bed of our service trucks. You may also schedule to drop off at our facility during the same hours. Please call 910–262–0464 if we can help.
How can I be sure I get my pets ashes back?
We have a time proven system which keeps your pet tagged with your information all through the process. Most of all, we care that you do receive your pet: we are all pet lovers too and treat you as we would like to be treated: with Integrity, care & compassion.
How long before my pet is returned to me?
We strive to return within 24 hours. However, due to unforeseen circumstances
and the business of each day it may take a few days to return. Each individual
circumstance will vary.
Is the Paw Clay impression of my pet?
Is my pet Cremated by itself?
YES, for a Private Cremation your pet is in the unit alone. We never place more than one in a unit for a Private Cremation. We maintain 3 units in our facility designated for Private Cremations alone.
May I attend the cremation process?
Yes, we maintain a few appointments times per day that you may schedule an attended
cremation. You also may bring your pet to us and leave immediately. For either service please call us at 910-262-0464 to set an appointment time.
May I come and see your facility?
Yes our Facility is open anytime to visit. Someone is not always at the facility so it may be more convenient to call first but when we are there we are always open to visitor.
What does it cost?
The cost is based upon weight, type of cremation requested and whether we pick-up or you bring your pet to us. Please call and we will be glad to discuss the cost with you.

If your pet passes overnight after our business hours we have a 24 hour message line you may call at 910–262–0464. Please leave a message if there is no answer and someone will call you back as soon as possible to schedule a time to pick up your pet the next day.
