FAQ

Do you pick up my pet?

YES, we are available to pick up at any time of the day. There is a small fee for pick ups after 9 PM. We have a 24 hr. on Call person for any questions or service you may need at any time of day.

How can I be sure I get my pets ashes back?

We have a time proven system which keeps your pet tagged with your information all through the process. Most of all, we care that you do receive your pet: we are all pet lovers too and treat you as we would like to be treated: with Integrity, care & compassion.

How long before my pet is returned to me?
We strive for 24 hour return to provide quick closure for the loss of your pet. In some instances it may be a little longer, depending on the individual circumstance.
Is the Paw Clay impression of my pet?
YES, our clay paw impression is of your pet. Some Cremation services only provide you with a generic paw print. The Clay Paw Print we provide to you is of your pet.
Is my pet Cremated by itself?

YES, for a Private Cremation your pet is in the unit alone. We never place more than one in a unit for a Private Cremation. We maintain 3 units in our facility designated for Private Cremations alone.

May I attend the cremation process?

YES we allow and encourage anyone who would like to attend and view the process. An appointment is required and there is a small fee for this service. We recommend to beware of any Cremation companies that do not allow you to view or even visit their facilities.

May I come and see your facility?

Yes our Facility is open anytime to visit. Someone is not always at the facility so it may be more convenient to call first but when we are there we are always open to visitor.

What does it cost?

The cost is based upon weight, type of cremation requested and whether we pick-up or you bring your pet to us. Please call and we will be glad to discuss the cost with you.

COVID-19

COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on our lives, businesses, and on supply chains. We will continue to be open to serve you, unless we are forced to close by governing agencies.

I want to assure you we are doing everything possible to keep our customers and our people safe while continuing to serve you in your time of need.

Southeastern Pet Cremation is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing, and we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our facilities and equipment. Importantly, we are asking that our drivers and other employees stay home from work if they feel sick. These procedures are not new to us as we regularly perform these duties on an everyday basis to keep you safe.

Our employees are working to continue to serve the needs of Veterinary Hospitals and individuals alike during this time, while keeping everyone safe.

Thank you for trusting us!
